- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 sticks celery, chopped
- 50 grams bacon, chopped
- 400 gram tin chopped tomatoes
- 1 large carrot, diced
- 900 mililitres vegetable stock
- 1 Schwartz® Bay Leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon Schwartz® Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Schwartz® Basil
- 1/4 teaspoon Schwartz® Rosemary
- 1/4 teaspoon Schwartz® Garlic Granules
- 2 tablespoons tomato purée
- 25 grams spaghetti, roughly broken
- Grated Parmesan cheese to serve

- Heat the oil in a large saucepan over medum heat. Gently fry the onion, celery and bacon for 10 minutes, until softened. Add the tomatoes, carrot, stock, Herbs, Garlic Granules and tomato purée. Bring to the boil.
- Cover and simmer for 40 minutes adding the spaghetti for the final 15 minutes. Serve sprinkled with parmesan cheese.
