- Pre-heat oven to 200°C / 400°F / 180°C Fan / Gas Mark 6.
- Wrap 2 slices of bacon around each chicken breast. Place on baking tray and cook in the oven for 15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle the grated cheese over. Cook for a further 10 minutes, or until the cheese is golden brown and chicken is cooked through.
- Meanwhile, combine the barbecue sauce ingredients in a small pan and heat through for 3-4 minutes, stirring.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and serve with chunky chips and peas.
