  1. Mix the Schwartz Parsley & Chive Sauce Mix with the milk in a large saucepan. Add the cod fillets and bring to the boil, stirring, for 5 minutes until the sauce has thickened. Add the butter, prawns and peas and simmer for 5 minutes.*
