- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat, add the onions and cook for 1 minute.
- Stir in the chicken and peppers cook for 6-8 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through. If the pan becomes very dry you can always add 1 tablespoon of water.
- Sprinkle in the Fajita Seasoning. Fry for 30 seconds.
- Serve wrapped up in warm flour tortilla wraps with soured cream and grated cheese.
