- 2 carrots, peeled and sliced
- 4 skinless chicken breast fillets
- 1 sachet Schwartz® Chicken Casserole Mix
- 300 mililitres water

- Pre-heat the oven to 180°C / 350°F / 160°C Fan / Gas Mark 4.
- Heat oil in large fry pan over medium heat, soften onion and carrots transfer to casserole dish. Increase heat to medium-high (add an extra splash of oil if needed) add chicken and brown for 2-3 minutes on each side. Transfer to casserole dish.
- Mix sachet contents with water and add to casserole dish. Cover and cook in oven for 1 hour.
- Serve with creamy mashed potatoes.
