Creamy Peppered Steak

Instructions

1. Serve the steak with roasted baby potatoes and cherry tomatoes. Pour the sauce over the steak and serve immediately.*
2. Cook the steaks under the grill, or in a griddle pan, for 2 minutes on each side for rare, 4 minutes each side for medium, or 6 minutes each side for well done.*
3. Meanwhile, blend the packet contents with the milk in a small saucepan. Bring to the boil, stirring. Add the butter and simmer for 1-2 minutes until thickened.*
