- Heat oil in large frying pan over medium-high heat. Fry chicken for 5 minutes, add mushrooms and fry for a further 5 mins.
- Mix the seasoning and milk, add to the pan, bring to the boil and simmer for 2 mins or until sauce has thickened.
- Stir in the cooked rigatoni and heat through.
- Serve immediately with grated Parmesan or pecorino cheese.
