As easy as combining a few convenient ingredients from your storecupboard, this delicious pasta dish wins dinner every time. Simply combine cooked pasta with grated courgette, garlic, red chilli, olive oil, and Schwartz® Dried Parsley, with salt and pepper to taste.

Ingredients

  • 1 extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 chillies crushed 75g (or less if you can't handle the heat!)
  • 2 garlic granules 145g
  • 2 courgette, grated
  • 1 parsley flat leaf
  • 1 dill
  • 150 Farfalle (or pasta of choice)
  • salted water
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • To Serve
  • Parmesan, finely grated (optional)

  1. In a medium saucepan, add salted water and bring to the boil. Add pasta and simmer for 10 minutes. *
  2. While the pasta cooks, make the sauce. In a medium frying pan, add the olive oil, heat on medium, add the garlic and chilli and fry for a minute.
  3. *
  4. Add the grated courgette, stir and fry for another couple of minutes, then add the parsley, a little water and season to taste. *
  5. Once the pasta is cooked, drain (reserving a cup of pasta water). Add the pasta and a little water to the sauce if needed and toss everything together. *
  6. Serve with a little extra olive oil if you like and parmesan for added indulgence. *
