- 1 olive oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 175 (6 ) lean bacon, sliced
- 4 skinless chicken breasts
- 1 coq au vin
- 300 (½ ) water
- 125 (5 ) baby button mushrooms

- Pre-heat the oven to 190°C, 375°F, Gas Mark 5.*
- Heat the oil and fry the onion and bacon for 3-4 minutes in a frying pan, until browned. Add the chicken and fry for a further 3-4 minutes, turning occasionally. Drain excess liquid. Transfer to a casserole dish and add mushrooms.*
- Mix sachet contents with the water and add to the casserole dish. Cover and cook for 1 hour, or until chicken is cooked.*
- Serve with crispy roast potatoes.*
