- 1 onion, diced
- 2 carrots, peeled and diced
- 1 classic lamb casserole
- 300 (½ ) water

- Pre-heat the oven to 180°C, 350°F, Gas Mark 4.*
- Heat oil, fry lamb for 4-5 minutes. Transfer to a casserole dish. Add onion and carrots and fry for 5 minutes. Transfer to the casserole dish.*
- Mix sachet contents with water and add to casserole dish. Stir, cover and cook for 1½-2 hours, or until meat is tender.*
- Serve with new potatoes.*
