- 1 tablespoon oil
- 450 grams (1 pound) lean lamb, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 carrots, peeled and diced
- 1 sachet Lamb Casserole Mix
- 300 millilitres (½ pint) water

- Pre-heat the oven to 180°C, 350°F, Gas Mark 4.
- Heat oil, fry lamb for 4-5 minutes until golden. Transfer to a casserole dish. Add onion and carrots and fry for 5 minutes. Transfer to the casserole dish.
- Mix sachet contents with water and add to casserole dish. Stir, cover and cook for 1½ hours, or until meat is tender.
- Delicious served with crushed new potatoes, flavoured with butter, Schwartz Garlic Granules and Rosemary.
