- 250 pack cooked basmati rice

- Heat air fryer to 200C, remove the grate from the cooking bowl. Spray the bottom of the hot bowl of the air fryer with a little oil and immediately pour in the egg mixture. Cook for 2 minutes, then stir and cook for a further minute. Transfer to a plate and set aside.

- Spray with a little more oil and add the vegetables. Cook for 4 minutes, stir well then add the seasoning and the rice, cook for 3 minutes.

- Add the egg back, stir well and cook for a further 2-3 minutes until piping hot.
