Mexican inspired loaded fries with a quick and easy Chilli Con Carne, grated cheese and all the toppings!

- 600 oven fries, frozen
- 450 lean beef mince
- 1 chilli con carne
- 400 (1 ) chopped tomatoes
- 400 (1 ) red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 125 cold water
- 60 grated cheddar
- 4 sour cream
- 4 salsa
- 4 tinned sweetcorn, drained
- 2 pickled jalapenos
- 1 spring onion, chopped
- 1 avocado, chopped

- Pre-heat your oven to the correct temperature according to the oven fries packet instructions and cook the fries according to pack instructions.*
- Heat a large frying pan over a high heat, add the mince and brown for 4-5 minutes. Drain any excess liquid.*
- Add the sachet contents, tinned tomatoes kidney beans and water. Bring to the boil, stirring.*
- Cover, lower the heat and gently simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.*
- Top the fries with the mince, followed by the grated cheddar and place back in the oven for a further 2-3 minutes or until cheese has melted.*
- Remove from the oven and arrange the toppings: sour cream, salsa, sweetcorn, jalapenos spring onion and avocado. Serve immediately.*
