- 150 mililiter (¼ pint) mayonnaise
- 3 teaspoon fish
- 5 drops lemon juice
- 175 gram (6 ounce) fresh white breadcrumbs
- ½ teaspoon sea salt mill adjustable
- 450 gram (1 pound) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 2 medium eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 tablespoons oil

Instructions
Chicken Goujons with Lemon Mayonnaise
- Mix together the mayonnaise, 1½ tsp Fish Seasoning and the lemon juice. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.*
- Meanwhile, place the breadcrumbs, salt and remaining Fish Seasoning in a polythene bag and shake until mixed.*
- Coat the chicken with egg and toss in the breadcrumb mixture until completely coated. Shallow fry in hot oil for 4-5 minutes or until golden and tender.*
- Drain on absorbent kitchen paper and serve accompanied by the mayonnaise dip.*
