  • 450 (1 ) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
  • 100 (4 ) bacon, diced
  • 225 (8 ) leeks, sliced
  • 1 chicken and leek bake
  • 450 (¾ ) semi-skimmed milk
  • 50 (2 ) Cheddar cheese, grated

  1. Pre-heat oven to 200?C, 400?F, Gas Mark 6.*
  2. Fry chicken, bacon and leeks for 5 minutes. Mix sachet contents with milk and pour over chicken. Bring to the boil, stirring and simmer for 5 minutes.*
  3. Transfer to an ovenproof dish, top with cheese and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.*
  4. Serve with mashed potatoes.*
