- 100 (4 ) bacon, diced
- 225 (8 ) leeks, sliced
- 1 chicken and leek bake
- 450 (¾ ) semi-skimmed milk
- 50 (2 ) Cheddar cheese, grated

- Pre-heat oven to 200?C, 400?F, Gas Mark 6.*
- Fry chicken, bacon and leeks for 5 minutes. Mix sachet contents with milk and pour over chicken. Bring to the boil, stirring and simmer for 5 minutes.*
- Transfer to an ovenproof dish, top with cheese and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.*
- Serve with mashed potatoes.*
