  • 300 skimmed milk

  • 1 thyme
  • 25 fresh breadcrumbs

  1. Pre- heat oven to 200 degrees fan. *
  2. In a pan of boiling water, place cauliflower florets to 4-5 minutes until part cooked. Drain. *
  3. Place the cauliflower florets into a medium depth baking dish. *
  4. Make the cheese sauce according to pack instructions. Pour over cauliflower. *
  5. In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, parmesan and dried thyme. *
  6. Sprinkle the crumb topping all over the cauliflower cheese and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and bubbling. *
