- 1 cheddar cheese sauce
- 300 skimmed milk

- 25 finely grated parmesan
- 1 thyme
- 25 fresh breadcrumbs

- Pre- heat oven to 200 degrees fan. *
- In a pan of boiling water, place cauliflower florets to 4-5 minutes until part cooked. Drain. *
- Place the cauliflower florets into a medium depth baking dish. *
- Make the cheese sauce according to pack instructions. Pour over cauliflower. *
- In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, parmesan and dried thyme. *
- Sprinkle the crumb topping all over the cauliflower cheese and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and bubbling. *
