- 450 (1 ) skinless, boneless chicken breasts, sliced
- 75 (3 ) bacon lardons, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 325 (11 ) long grain rice
- 600 (1 ) water
- 400 tin chopped tomatoes

- Fry chicken, bacon and onion, until golden brown. Stir in pepper and rice, cook for a further few mins.*
- Stir in sachet contents, add water and tomatoes, and bring to the boil.*
- Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 mins, stirring occasionally, or until water is mostly absorbed and rice is cooked.*
