- Pre-heat oven to 160 degrees fan.

- In a large, deep casserole dish (with a lid), add olive oil and heat till very hot. Add beef mince in batches and brown well. Dont overcrowd the pan otherwise it wont colour well.

- Once browned, pop into a bowl and set aside. Repeat in small amounts until all the meat is browned.
- *
- Add the vegetables and sweat on a medium heat for 5-10 minutes until softened. Add back the mince and mix.

- Add the seasoning and tomato puree and mix again, cook for a couple of minutes.
- *
- Add the kidney beans, tinned tomatoes, and beef stock, stir and bring to a simmer.

- Once simmering, add on the lid and place in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 2 hours.

- Once it's almost done and you are ready to eat, cook rice according to pack instructions and serve with the chilli and all the toppings, or pick and choose what you like!
