- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoons Schwartz® Coriander Leaf
- ½ tablespoon Schwartz® Smoked Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Schwartz® Minced Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Schwartz® Chilli Flakes
- ½ teaspoon Schwartz® Ground Cumin
- ½ teaspoon Schwartz® Ground Coriander
- ¼ teaspoon Schwartz® Cinnamon Ground
- 400 gram tin chopped tomatoes
- 400 gram tin kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 125 mililitres red wine
- 1 tablespoon tomato purée
- 1 beef stock cube
- 75 mililitres water
- Schwartz® Sea Salt and Black Pepper to season

- Fry the minced beef with the onion in a non-stick sauté pan over a medium-high heat, until it begins to brown for 5-8 minutes.
- Add the Coriander Leaf, Paprika, Garlic, Chilli, Cumin, Coriander Ground and Cinnamon and stir thoroughly.
- Add the chopped tomatoes, kidney beans, red wine, tomato purée, stock cube and water.
- Bring to the boil then simmer gently for 20 minutes uncovered.
- Season to taste then serve.
