Ingredients

  • 1/4 rice vinegar
  • 1 sugar
  • 3 shredded coleslaw mix
  • 1/4 chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 thinly sliced red onion
  • 1 thinly sliced jalapeño pepper
  • 6 hot dogs
  • 2 Frenchs original mustard
  • 2 mayonnaise
  • 3 Portuguese buns split 1 baguette, cut into 3 sections, split

Instructions

  1. Mix rice vinegar and sugar in medium bowl until sugar is dissolved. Add slaw mix, cilantro, red onion and jalapeño, tossing to coat well. Set aside until ready to serve. *
  2. Preheat air fryer on 370°F for 2 to 3 minutes. Place hot dogs in single layer in basket. Air fry 4 minutes. Mix Mustard and mayonnaise in small bowl. Spread 1 teaspoon of the mixture on cut side of each roll. Reserve remaining mixture for serving.*
  3. Remove hot dogs from air fryer. Place 2 hot dogs on each roll. Return hot dogs to air fryer basket. Air fry 1 minute longer. Top hot dogs with slaw and drizzle with remaining Mustard to serve. *
