Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Schwartz® Ground Ginger
  • 3 shredded coleslaw mix
  • 1/4 chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 thinly sliced red onion
  • 1 thinly sliced jalapeño pepper
  • 6 hot dogs
  • 2 tablespoons Frenchs® Classic Yellow Mustard
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 3 Portuguese buns split [substitution 1 baguette, cut into 3 sections, split]

Instructions

  1. Mix rice vinegar, sugar, and Ginger in medium bowl until sugar is dissolved. Add slaw mix, cilantro, red onion and jalapeño, tossing to coat well. Set aside until ready to serve.
  2. Preheat air fryer on 190°C for 2 to 3 minutes. Place hot dogs in single layer in basket. Air fry 4 minutes. Mix Mustard and mayonnaise in small bowl. Spread 1 teaspoon of the mixture on cut side of each roll. Reserve remaining mixture for serving.
  3. Remove hot dogs from air fryer. Place 2 hot dogs on each roll. Return hot dogs in rolls to air fryer basket. Air fry 1 minute longer. Top hot dogs with slaw and drizzle with remaining Mustard to serve.
