- 1/4 rice vinegar
- 1 sugar
- 3 shredded coleslaw mix
- 1/4 chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 thinly sliced red onion
- 1 thinly sliced jalapeño pepper
- 6 hot dogs
- 2 Frenchs original mustard
- 2 mayonnaise
- 3 Portuguese buns split 1 baguette, cut into 3 sections, split

- Mix rice vinegar and sugar in medium bowl until sugar is dissolved. Add slaw mix, cilantro, red onion and jalapeño, tossing to coat well. Set aside until ready to serve. *
- Preheat air fryer on 370°F for 2 to 3 minutes. Place hot dogs in single layer in basket. Air fry 4 minutes. Mix Mustard and mayonnaise in small bowl. Spread 1 teaspoon of the mixture on cut side of each roll. Reserve remaining mixture for serving.*
- Remove hot dogs from air fryer. Place 2 hot dogs on each roll. Return hot dogs to air fryer basket. Air fry 1 minute longer. Top hot dogs with slaw and drizzle with remaining Mustard to serve. *
