  • 500g boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts, diced
  • 1 red pepper, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 4 spring onions, sliced
  • 1 sachet Schwartz Air-Fry Chinese Salt & Pepper recipe mix
  • Oil spray

A delicious air fryer recipe mix with fragrant star anise, ginger and black pepper.

  1. Combine the chicken and seasoning in a bowl.
  2. Tip into the air fryer and add the pepper and onion. Shake to spread out evenly and spray with oil.
  3. Cook at 200°C for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through, shaking halfway.
  4. Add the spring onions, shake and cook for a further 2 minutes.
  5. For dual basket air fryers, cook this recipe in one basket and adjust cooking temperature and time according to the manufacturer's recommendations.
