- 1 red pepper, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 4 spring onions, sliced
- 1 sachet Schwartz Air-Fry Chinese Salt & Pepper recipe mix
- Oil spray

Instructions
A delicious air fryer recipe mix with fragrant star anise, ginger and black pepper.
- Combine the chicken and seasoning in a bowl.
- Tip into the air fryer and add the pepper and onion. Shake to spread out evenly and spray with oil.
- Cook at 200°C for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through, shaking halfway.
- Add the spring onions, shake and cook for a further 2 minutes.
- For dual basket air fryers, cook this recipe in one basket and adjust cooking temperature and time according to the manufacturer's recommendations.
