Ingredients

- 3 tablespoons FRANKS RedHot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
- 2 large chicken breasts
- 2 eggs
- 60 grams breadcrumbs
- Large ciabatta
- 50 mililiters blue cheese dressing
- 25 grams blue cheese
- Salt & pepper
- Lettuce

Instructions
- Wash and dry lettuce
- Whisk egg with salt and pepper and cut chicken into thick strips/goujons
- Dip chicken into egg wash then coat with breadcrumbs
- Coat chicken with spray oil & cook in oven at 180c for 15-20mins
- Once cooked, toss and fully coat in Franks RedHot Original
- Cut your ciabatta to size, butter on both sides and add to a hot pan butter side down until nice and crispy
- Drizzle blue cheese dressing, add lettuce, Franks RedHot Goujons and drizzle with some more dressing and crumble blue cheese on top. Perfection!
