Chicken Satay
Add crushed roasted peanuts to the finished dish for texture. Also delicious with pork, cut into strips, which is popular in Thailand. Small pieces of toasted white bread are a very traditional Thai accompaniment.
Chilli & Basil Stir-Fry
Enjoy with soya mince or tofu for a tasty vegetarian alternative, or with minced chicken as it is served at Rosa's. Add 3-4 drops of fish sauce to the final dish for even deeper Thai flavour.
Green Curry
Sprinkle in sweet basil leaves for an authentic aroma, or replace chicken with tofu and vegetables for a delicious vegetarian alternative. Finish with 3-4 drops of fish sauce to complement the true Thai flavours.
