  • 6 tablespoons French's® Classic Yellow Mustard, divided
  • 1 teaspoon Schwartz® Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Schwartz® Ground Black Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 500 grams beef mince
  • 4 American or burger cheese slices
  • 4 burger buns
  • 4 slices streaky bacon, crisply cooked

  1. MIX 2 tablespoons of the Mustard, garlic powder, pepper and salt in medium bowl. Add beef mince and mix gently until well blended. Shape into 4 patties.
  2. HEAT barbecue to medium heat . Cook patties 4 to 6 minutes. Brush tops with 1 tablespoon of the Mustard. Flip burgers and brush with an additional 1 tablespoon of the Mustard. Cook 4 to 6 minutes longer or until desired doneness. Add cheese slices to burgers 1 minute before cooking is completed.
  3. SPREAD remaining 2 tablespoons Mustard on buns. Serve burgers on buns. Top with bacon and desired condiments and toppings.
