Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion,
- 400 grams passata finely chopped
- 250 mililiters fish stock
- 3 tablespoon FRANKS RedHot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
- 1 tablespoon tomato purée
- 300 grams linguine pasta
- 225 grams large king prawns
- 225 grams scollops

Instructions
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion for 5 minutes, add the fish stock, passata, FRANK'S RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce and tomato purée.Bring to the boil,reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes,until slightly thickened.Meanwhile cook the pasta,according to the pack instructions.
- Stir the prawns and scallops into the sauce, and cook for a further 5 minutes, until cooked through.
- Pour over the cooked pasta and enjoy!
