Ingredients

  • 60 mililitres French's® Classic Yellow Mustard
  • 4 tablespoons butter melted
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon Shwartz® Basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Schwartz® Garlic Granules
  • 2 large courgettes (various colors if possible), cut into 1/2 cm thick slices
  • 1 small yellow onion, thinly sliced
  • 4 sheets (30 x30-cm each) heavy duty kitchen foil

Instructions

  1. MIX mustard, butter, Parmesan, basil, and garlic powder in a large bowl until well blended. Add courgettes and onions; toss to coat well.
  2. DIVIDE vegetable mixture evenly among sheets of kitchen foil. Bring up sides of foil; double fold top and ends to tightly seal each packet.
  3. COOK packets over medium-high heat for 10 to 12 minutes or until courgettes are tender. Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese before serving, if desired.
